Our Tai Chi classes focus on boosting health and vitality for the body and mind. The classes are friendly and welcoming. New students start by building a strong foundation and good basics combining physical exercise, mindfulness, correct breathing and relaxation in a safe and supportive environment. All students follow a well structured program with one-to-one attention from the teacher – sifu and his senior students evey step of the way. The classes are kept small to ensure that all students receive individual attention and gain the maximum benefits from their training.
