From hand to hand combat training to learning various weapons to internal energy practice to harmonising the body and mind as one, this style of kung fu is a power house. The training in this style will teach you to master striking, kicking, take-downs and throws, joint locks, armed and unarmed self-defence as well as strengthening the body and mind with our unique internal energy training.

BODY & MIND AS ONE
At Loong Fu Martial Arts we practice and teach the complete system of Lam Family Hung Kuen using tried and tested traditional methods with modern sensibilities. You will learn and progress through our well structured program with one-to-one attention from our sifu/head instructor and senior students every step of the way. Training at our school includes:
