The Training
Our Ladies-Only Kung Fu Class combines traditional Kung Fu techniques with modern training principles, focusing on both physical and mental strength. You’ll engage in dynamic movements that improve flexibility, coordination, and cardiovascular health, while also mastering powerful self-defense skills that will help you feel confident and prepared in any situation. The classes incorporates but not limited to:
Kung Fu Fundamentals: Master essential stances, strikes, blocks, and footwork that form the foundation of Kung Fu.
Self-Defense: Learn practical and effective techniques to protect yourself and your loved ones.
Kung Fu Forms: Practice traditional forms to train the body & mind as one and unlock the practical techniques
Strength and Conditioning: Improve your physical fitness with exercises that target flexibility, strength, and endurance—helping you build a powerful and toned body.
Breathing and Focus: Kung Fu also emphasizes the importance of breath control, mental clarity, and focus, helping you stay calm and centered in challenging situations.
The Classes
Our classes are beginner-friendly, safe, and welcoming, so you don’t need to be fit, athletic, or have any prior experience to start. All classes are taught by Heather Dogan, at our full-time, purpose-built martial arts school in Waltham Cross, North London.
