Hong Kong’s Folk Medicine Family

An old magazine article published in 1976. This article is about Lam Family Dit Da Clinic and Kung Fu Studio in the 70s. Dit Da is the traditional Chinese art of healing injuries. It deals with both the prevention and treatment of many different types of internal and external injuries such as bruises, sprains, dislocated joints, broken bones, cuts etc. Dit Da Ke (Cantonese) or Tieh Ta Ke (Mandarin) is commonly translated into English as Fall and Hit medicine or Iron Hit Medicine.
